Day one of our Slovakia location tour began in Bratislava, where our hosts at the Slovak Film Commission welcomed us to the country and took us on a walking tour of the capital. We explored the historic city centre, from Bratislava Castle and the Reduta Concert Hall to Zichy Palace, the Old Town Hall Tower and Franciscan Square. We also saw Freedom Square and the modern downtown. I loved seeing the city’s historic buildings alongside its Brutalist architecture. A wonderful start to what promises to be a fantastic trip. Thank you to the @slovakfilmcommission for inviting us and sharing your country with us.
